that I back up my data prior to receiving any ACO services and that ACO is not
responsible for any harm to or loss of data. I customer shall protect, indemnify
and save ACO harmless from and against any damage, cost or liability for
any and all injuries to person or property arising from negligent acts or omission
of ACO, its employees, agents, in performance of any ACO services. Please
